Man Robs Upper East Side Video Game Store Twice, Police Say
The man acted like he was carrying a gun during both robberies.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man who robbed an Upper East Side video game store twice in one month, police said.
The accused robber knocked over a Gamestop on East 86th Street and Lexington Avenue on Sunday, May 6 and again on Tuesday, May 22, police said. During both robberies the man approached a Gamestop employee and pretended to have a gun in a duffle bag, police said.
During the first robbery the man was given $1,100 from the store's cash register and during the second robbery the man made off with $600, police said. After the money was handed over, the man fled the store, police said.

The robber is described as a man in his 40s standing about 5-foot-11 and weighing about 200 pounds. The man gas gray hair and was last seen wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and dark pants, police said.
Nobody was injured during both robberies, police said.
