Woman Robbed At Knifepoint On Upper East Side, Police Say
The woman was pushed up against a wall and threatened with a knife, police said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man who robbed a woman at knifepoint early Tuesday morning on the Upper East Side, police told Patch.
A 35-year-old woman was walking near East 74th Street and Fifth Avenue shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday when she was approached by an unknown man, police said. The man pushed the woman up against a wall, threatened her with a knife and demanded that she hand over her money, police told Patch.
The man then stole the woman's bag and fled in the direction of Central Park, police told Patch.
