$15.2M Condo Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with eight deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a condo on West 84th Street, which closed at $15,225,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is located at 211 West 84th St. between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
