15-Year-Old Girl Still Missing Weeks After Disappearing on Upper West Side: Police

The girl was reported missing Monday, July 25.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — An Upper West Side teenager reported missing weeks ago has still not been found, police told Patch.

Kathleen Diaz, 15, was last seen around 8 a.m on Monday, July 24 at her apartment on the 100 block of West 104 Street, police said. Police describe Dias (pictured above) at 4-foot-11 and weighing around 120 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or 1-888-57-PISTA (74782) for Spanish. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) and entering TIP577. All tips are confidential.
