$7.1M Co-op Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a pre-war co-op that closed at $7,100,000, the Olshan Report said.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom co-op apartment is located at 344 West 72nd St.

Features include Riverside Park views, a double-height primary suite, designer-level finishes and a chef's kitchen.
