73-Year-Old Passenger Stabbed Aboard UWS Bus, Police Say

No arrests have been made yet, officials said.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Police are searching for suspects after a man was stabbed on Friday night on the Upper West Side, New York City Police Department officials said.

According to the NYPD, the 73-year-old man was on board an M104 bus near West 92nd Street and Broadway when an argument between the victim and two other men escalated around 6:40 p.m.

During the argument, one of the two men stabbed the 73-year-old, before the perpetrators left the bus and ran uptown on Broadway, police said.

Medics took the victim to Mount Sinai West in stable condition, police said.

Police are searching for the two suspects, and no arrests have been made yet, officials said.
