$8.5M Co-op Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark before the city went on break for Passover and Easter, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a pre-war co-op on Central Park West that went for $8,500,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping co-op is located at 211 Central Park West, between West 81st Street and West 82nd Street.

The pre-war apartment features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a formal dining room, a large gallery, a chef's eat-in kitchen, and a library, according to the listing.
