$9.6M Townhouse Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with TK deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that sold this week was a townhouse on the Upper West Side that closed at $9,600,000, the Olshan Report said.

The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse is located at 53 West 71st St., between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue.

Features include tall windows on all five levels, four private outdoor spaces, a wine refrigerator, an elevator and a glassed-in roof terrace.
