$12.4M Condo Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with nine deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a condo on West 84th Street, which closed at $12,400,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is located at 211 West 84th St., between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.

The condo, designed by Naftali Group, features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and a powder room. The building features a formal garden and a rooftop terrace, a lounge, a children's playroom, as well as a fitness center and a spa.
