UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a townhouse on West 77th Street, which closed at $11,995,000, the Olshan Report said.
The chart-topping townhouse is located at 135 West 77th St., between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues.
The townhouse features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and 7,200 square feet of living space.
The townhouse is a Renaissance Revival-style building with multiple outdoor spaces, nearly 12-foot ceilings, custom marble fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen, a landscaped garden, and a full-floor primary suite.
