$8.9M Townhouse Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with eight deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a townhouse on West 83rd Street, which closed at $8.95 million, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping townhouse is located at 69 West 83rd St. between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue.

The 11-room, four-floor townhouse has a garden, a rooftop terrace, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and one powder room.
