UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a quiet week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with just three deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a condo on West 66th Street, which closed at $16,700,000, the Olshan Report said. This was the second-most expensive sale inked in Manhattan this week.
The condo is located at 50 West 66th St., between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West.
The apartment features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one powder room, as well as a loggia and a massive great room. The building features two pools, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a bike room, and a dog washing facility.
Here are the Upper West Side's top contracts from May 18 to May 25.
