UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a carriage house on East 83rd Street, which closed at $10,750,000, the Olshan Report said.
The historic townhouse was originally retail titan Frank W. Woolworth's private stable. Next, it belonged to famed photographer Carl Fischer, and most recently, it is configured as a duplex with a medical office on the first floor.
Features include private parking via a curb cut, soaring 13-foot ceilings, and expansion potential to more than 10,000 square feet.
Here are the Upper East Side's top contracts from May 26 to May 31.
