UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with four deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a townhouse on West 94th Street that closed at $5,995,000, the Olshan Report said.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is located at 44 West 94th St. Built in 1888, the three-floor townhouse features include several skylights, a garden and a terrace.
