UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with four deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home on the Upper West Side sold this week was a prewar condo that closed at $7,950,000, the Olshan Report said.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment is located at 25 Central Park West, between West 62nd Street and West 63rd Street.
Features include sweeping corner views of Central Park and Billionaires' Row, a sunken living room, a wet bar, a chef's kitchen, and a full-time doorman.
