UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with four contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.
The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went into contract this week was a pre-war co-op that closed at $6,495,000, the Olshan Report said.
The 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment is on Central Park West between West 88th Street and West 89th Street.
Features include oversized windows, parquet floors and two decorative fireplaces.
