$11.9M Condo Tops UWS Luxury Real Estate Contracts

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper West Side, with three contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went under contract this week was a condo that went under contract while asking $11,995,000, the Olshan Report said.

The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on West 91st Street between Broadway and West End Avenue.

Features include three terraces, a chef's kitchen, a laundry room and high-end flooring, appliances and finishes throughout the house. The building includes doormen, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, a children's playroom, and more.
