Midtown fine-dining anchor San Pietro (18 E 54th St) is thrilled to officially reopen its doors, unveiling a major, deeply personal new chapter. Under longtime co-owner brothers Gerardo and Cosimo Bruno, the fiercely independent Southern Italian institution has completely reimagined its classic dining room into a breathtaking contemporary space. Meticulously executed by Cicognani Kumpisti Architects, the gorgeous new design serves as a sophisticated love letter to the clean, modernist language of legendary Italian architect Gio Ponti.
To celebrate the grand reopening and the peak of the New York summer, San Pietro is introducing "The Estate Summer Series" LUNCH Experience. Available Monday through Friday, Chef has curated an exclusive 3-course prix-fixe menu for $48 per guest, highlighting rare, sun-drenched ingredients imported directly from family producers on the Amalfi Coast.
