UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Patch has compiled a list of events Upper West Siders might want to know about in the coming week.
From community board meetings to musical streams to short stories read by famous actors, here are the dates to know from the week starting on Monday, March 29.
Ongoing Events:
Lincoln Center Concert Series: In memory of the lives lost during the COVID-19 pandemic, Lincoln Center hosted a weekly "Memorial For Us All" concert series. The concert series has ended but you can watch all the performances on the center's website.

New York Philharmonic: The Philharmonic is still doing its part to bring music to New Yorkers. The symphony is releasing live audio recordings of concerts on their website on a routine basis, such as a recent upload David Zinman conducting Beethoven. You can find the performances here.
Nightly Met Opera Streams: In an effort to brighten the lives of New Yorkers, the Met Opera offers a different presentation from the company's "Live in HD" series each day. The performance is available for 23 hours, from 7:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. the

Local Community Board Meetings
There are no Community Board 7 meetings scheduled for the final days of March and the first few days of April. However, the next full board meeting will take place Tuesday, April 6, at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom. The Zoom capacity for the public is 500 participants.

Wednesday, March 31 — "Virtual Selected Shorts: Writers & Readers With Ann Patchett" at 7:30 p.m. from Symphony Space.
