Man Forces 17-Year-Old To Touch Penis On Subway, Police Say
The creep placed his exposed penis on the teenagers hand while riding the subway, police said.
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The NYPD is trying to identify a man who forced a 17-year-old girl to touch his penis on the subway, police said.
The victim and suspect were riding a southbound D train through the Upper West Side on Monday, Oct. 30, when the man exposed himself and placed his penis on the right hand of the teen girl, police told Patch. The victim turned in the man's direction and noticed he was covering his groin area with a backpack, police said.
The victim was able to snap a photograph of the creep (seen above) and got off the train in Midtown, police said. Police do not know when the man exited the train.
