'The Moth' Storytellers To Return To Lincoln Center In April
Five storytellers will take the stage at Alice Tully Hall next month as part of the nonprofit's Mainstage storytelling series.

UPPER WEST SIDE, MANHATTAN — Storytelling nonprofit The Moth will return to Lincoln Center next month for another installment of its "Mainstage" event.
"The Moth Mainstage," which features five storytellers, is scheduled for April 9 at the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center. The event is the latest installment of a Moth storytelling series at Lincoln Center and is one of several scheduled in New York City over the next few months.
"Join us for an evening of stories, shared live at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, as five storytellers take the stage and share a true, personal story from their life," the event posting reads. "Joy and heart, in equal measures. Stories of glory and defeat, taunting fate, laughing in the face of danger, and the moments that forever changed the course."

The Moth's Mainstage events, unlike their open-mic style series, feature five storytellers who develop and shape their stories with the organization's directors.
"Beyond theater, The Moth Mainstage is a community where entertainment and enlightenment merge," according to the nonprofit.
