Stroll Columbus Avenue Wednesday for Holiday Shopping Discounts, Free Samples

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The Columbus Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) will hold its Holiday Stroll on Wednesday Dec. 14. Shoppers, diners and fans of free samples (everyone) should hit Columbus Avenue between West 67th and 82nd streets between 3-7 p.m. to cash in on holiday sales, discounted meals and (we repeat) free samples.

Thirty-seven business on Columbus Avenue are participating in this year's Holiday Stroll, according to the Columbus Avenue BID's Facebook page. Participating stores can be identified by fliers posted in store windows and doors.

Some of the free "surprises" that shoppers can expect include wine, hot chocolate, snacks, refreshments and mini-facials, according to the Columbus Avenue BID.
