72-Year-Old Found After Days Missing, Police Say
A 72-year-old Upper West Side resident was found Thursday after being reported missing, police said..
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 72-year-old woman who went missing after leaving her Upper West Side apartment has been found safe, police told Patch.
Mildred Saunders was last seen leaving her apartment on West End Avenue near West 65th Street on Tuesday, October 17, before she was reported missing police said. Saunders left her building around 3:30 p.m., police said.
Saunders was found Thursday at NYU Hospital, police told Patch. Police could not confirm how the woman ended up in the hospital, but did say her family was notified.
