Free Electronics Recycling Event in Utica on Oct. 17 (wktv.com) β Utica residents will have a free way to clear out old electronics and sensitive papers at a drop-off event on Oct. 17 at the Oneida-Herkimer Recycling Center on Sewage Plant Road. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., you can recycle TVs and computers, shred up to three boxes of documents, safely dispose of unused medications, and donate cellphones to support military members.
