• New Rochelle Man Held on $100,000 Bail in Drug, Gun Felony Case Released After Charges Sealed (talkofthesound.com) — A man previously held at the Westchester County jail in Valhalla on high bail in a major New Rochelle drug and weapons case has now been released after his case was sealed. Prosecutors confirmed the sealing but could not disclose why, and public court records no longer show the case, leaving the exact disposition and timing unclear.
   

• Barber Who Slashed Patron With Razor At Yonkers Business Is Convicted: DA (dailyvoice.com) — A Yonkers barber has been convicted of assault after slashing a customer and sending him to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla with a serious arm injury requiring surgery. The attack began inside a South Broadway barbershop, continued outside until a police officer intervened, and the barber now faces up to seven years in prison at sentencing next month.
