2 Men Rob Wantagh Store Of $650: Police

WANTAGH, NY — Two men robbed a business on Wantagh Avenue on Tuesday afternoon. According to Nassau detectives, the two people entered through an unlocked door and locked it behind them.

There were two female employees in the business at the time of the robbery.

The men demanded money from the victims and threatened to use a weapon. The fled on foot with approximately $650.

No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
