Does anyone on High Street or Pensylvannia Ave in Seaford have a missing Tabby cat? He was hit by a car, and when I saw that he was still alive I turned the cararound and picked him up because cars weren't even moving out of the way for him. I called the SPCA because I can't afford to take ownership of him to take him to a vet, but I want to make sure he doesn't belong to anyone....

The SPCA has taken then cat, they say that he should be alright and that they will hold him until an owner can come forward. Share this in hopes to find his owner please. He was a fat, well groomed kitty, so they believe that he had to have belonged to someone.
