Convenience For Concertgoers: Extra Bus Service To Jones Beach

WANTAGH, NY — Concertgoers will get a ride to Jones Beach this summer.

NICE (Nassau Inter-County Express) Bus is once again offering bus service to the Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater.

Throughout the summer, NICE will provide special N88 buses on concert evenings. Starting 90 minutes prior to showtime, the buses will run directly from the Freeport Long Island Rail Road station to the East Bathhouse. Return buses will run for 90 minutes after the event.

The N88 schedule kicks off on June 13 ahead of the TLC, Shaggy, En Vogue and San Kingston show.

"Concert Series service from the Freeport LIRR station allows the convenience for concertgoers from all across the Island and New York City to utilize public transportation to and from the shows, via train and then bus, and we appreciate our partnership with Live Nation in sponsoring service again this season,"NICE CEO Jack Khzouz said.

The one-way fare for all beach service is $2.75 and NICE accepts MetroCards, coins (no bills) and its own GoMobile payment app.
