Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive 44-year-old victim partially submerged in the water, authorities said. Officers administered chest compressions at which time the man expelled water. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable condition, police said.

Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive 44-year-old victim partially submerged in the water, authorities said. Officers administered chest compressions at which time the man expelled water.

He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable condition, police said.
