Energy Efficient Long Island Contractor Praised By PSEG Long Island

SEAFORD, NY — A contractor from Seaford was recognized by PSEG Long Island for its energy efficiency solutions.

Universe Home Services was selected as the utility's "Most Partial House Production Top Performer."

The contractor installed more than 350 heat pumps in Long Island homes last year, PSEG Long Island said.

Those upgrades saved customers 8,000 BTUs of natural gas.

"Our partnership with PSEG Long Island allows us to offer our customers impressive rebate incentives for installing the most efficient heating and cooling systems in their homes," said Taylor Papa, sales manager, Universe Home Services.

Changes for homeowners were made through the PSEG Long Island's Home Comfort program, which reduces carbon emissions and related energy usage for customers.
