IAVARONE BROS. READY-TO-GO JULY 4TH BARBECUE SPARKS AT-HOME CELEBRATIONS

 Iavarone Bros., New York’s highly regarded European-style gourmet markets, offers an Independence Day barbecue package to be enjoyed at home. The multi-course barbecue meal serves 10 to 12 people, and includes starters, grill-ready meats, sides and desserts priced at $199 plus tax.  Orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance and by calling 1-877-IB-FOODS (1-877-423-6637) and may be delivered or picked up from an Iavarone Bros. location.

*Tortilla chip platter with salsa and guacamole

*Fresh mozzarella with grilled eggplant and fresh heirloom tomatoes

SIDES (choice of two)

*Pasta pesto Genovese salad

*Fresh garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette

*Fresh spinach and pasta salad with imported feta

*Bi-color sugar sweet corn on the cob

* Two whole Bell & Evans chickens (cut and marinated upon request with either sesame teriyaki, lemon & herb or bourbon espresso)
