SAGA HIBACHI RESTAURANT DEBUTS AT WESTFIELD SUNRISE

Savor Japanese Cuisine at Steakhouse & Sushi Bar at Massapequa Shopping Center

Massapequa, NY-- July 27, 2015 – Saga Hibachi, a steakhouse and sushi bar nationally known for its traditional Japanese cuisine and entertaining hibachi service, has announced the opening of its newest restaurant at Westfield Sunrise shopping center located in Massapequa. This is the chain’s first location in the state of New York; Saga Hibachi has several restaurants in Pennsylvania and one location in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The menu selections at Saga Hibachi span a host of popular Japanese specialty dishes, from various types of sushi, to udon, tempura and teriyaki. The restaurant presents traditional Japanese cuisine in a contemporary style, and is especially known for its demonstration of the precise “hibachi” style meal preparation, in which food is elegantly cooked in front of patrons. The artful preparation of the meal is a performance by the chef, ideal for kids and families to enjoy together.

Saga Hibachi’s opening provides diverse new dining choices for Westfield Sunrise shoppers and area residents. The menu includes weekday lunch specials, catering options, and dinner packages for large groups. The restaurant can accommodate up to 236 guests, and has a separate private room for parties of up to 50 people.

Saga Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar of Westfield Sunrise is open seven days a week. Lunch hours run Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dinner hours include Monday through Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday 12:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
