ICYMI: Dad Fights School Masks: 'I Know What's Good For My Child'
Wantagh parent Alan Jacoby, who hasn't gotten the COVID-19 vaccine, wants the choice on whether his daughter should wear a mask in school.
WANTAGH, NY — With schools opening on Long Island, students are facing a mask mandate from the state to stay ahead of the COVID-19 Delta variant.
Alan Jacoby, who organized a walk-out in protest of the school mask rule, switched his fourth-grade daughter to homeschooling.
"I will not co-parent with government," Jacoby said. "I know what's good for my child."
