ICYMI: Seaford H.S. To Honor 9/11 Victims With Candlelight Vigil

The school lost five graduates, including three first responders, in the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks 20 years ago.

SEAFORD, NY — Families and friends will gather on Sept. 11 to remember the victims of 9/11 terrorist attacks at Seaford High School. But the community lost five people who grew up in Seaford and went to the school.

A memorial was created in Nov. 2002 to honor the victims who went to the school-- Timothy Haskell, Thomas Haskell, John Perry, Robert Sliwak and Michael Wittenstein.
