The Center offers ongoing weekly drop-in classes, beginner meditation classes, day courses, and in-depth study programs.

Everyone very welcome. No experience or special clothes needed. Chairs are provided as well as cushions. Socks or slipper helpful to keep tootsie warm.

We offer drop-in classes on Tuesday Wednesday Evenings and Thursday evenings, Sunday mornings. Also noon time classes see schedules.
