Men Caught With Stolen Credit Cards, Linked To Larcenies: Police
The men were spotted at Wantagh Park Marina and were connected to a pair of crimes this week in Levittown, Nassau police say.

WANTAGH, NY — Two Levittown men, discovered in their vehicle, were taken into custody Thursday morning in connection to a pair of larcenies, detectives said.
The vehicle in question, a black Honda SUV, was spotted at the Wantagh Park Marina by Nassau County Marine Bureau officers.
The driver was found slumped over the steering wheel with the car running. While officers attempted to wake him up, the passenger became combative, police said.

Police determined the Honda SUV was stolen and noticed they were in possession of controlled substances and multiple stolen credit cards, detectives said.
Using the evidence, and further investigation, linked the men to larcenies on Sept. 16 at 38 Parkside Drive and 37 Hilltop Road in Levittown, according to police.

Andrew Franzo, 19, faces charges that include three-degree criminal possession stolen property and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.
Charges against Nicolas Bocci, 21, include two counts of third-degree grand larency, police said.
They were expected to be arraigned on Friday.
