He racked up two dozen traffic infractions while he was riding, police say.

An Oceanside man was arrested Thursday for harassing a police officer and preventing authorities from pulling over dozens of motorcyclists in Seaford in July, police say.
According to authorities, an officer on patrol on July 18 saw dozens of motorcyclists, including 25-year-old Dean Wroblewski, heading eastbound on Sunrise Highway near Park Lane in Seaford. They were stopping traffic and performing dangerous stunts, police say. The officer called for backup, and saw the group of motorcyclists head onto the northbound Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.
Responding officers saw many of the motorcyclists driving in a reckless manner, police say.

Police say they attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but two of the motorcycles boxed the officer in, preventing it. The driver of a red Kawasaki continued to commit numerous vehicle and traffic law infractions while refusing to pull over, police say.
After an investigation, police arrested Wroblewski as the driver of the red Kawasaki. Wroblewski is charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer, reckless driving and 24 vehicle and traffic law violations. He is scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Friday.
