New Seaford Train Station why is worse for ware and look worse than the old platform

The Seaford Train Station is no more than 5 years old. From things of chipping , cracked, broken , and Rust leaching from the concrete. over head speakers are out so it is very hard to hear any broadcast except if you are standing near a working speaker. benches are missing paint and rusting , light polls are missing paint and peeling away, any vandalized things on the old6 platform have never been fixed. Millons of dollars have been used to update the platform since it being built. Why does what the old station platform look better than the new one. Pictures and story by Michael Brodsky
