- 82 Million unique visitors come to Zillow, giving your Sellers maximum exposure throughout the United States and Internationally.
- Will bring maximum Search Engine Optimization (SEO) relevance to your listing (top of a google search).
- Buyers will now have real time accuracy on listings and be able to reach out to Douglas Elliman agents that are specialized in the area they are searching.
- Douglas Elliman will own 67% of every Zillow listing page with our listings. There will be no competitive advertising on Real Estate or Mortgage.
- Listings will be getting increased viewings, more inquiries and much more traffic. This should ultimately bring more business and visibility to Douglas Elliman and their customers.
