Police: Drugged Driver Drove Wrong Way on 2 Parkways
The 20-year-old woman caused a crash on the Southern State; driver of the other vehicle was drunk and in possession of cocaine, police say.

A 20-year-old Baldwin woman was high on drugs when she drove the wrong way on two parkways early Saturday morning in Nassau before crashing into a van, whose driver was drunk and in possession of cocaine and opiate pills, State Police said.
Bianca Boursiquot and 55-year-old Kenneth Riggio, of Merrick, were arrested following the crash on the Southern State Parkway.
Police say they received a call of a vehicle going northbound in the southbound lanes of the of the Wantagh State Parkway, south of the Southern State Parkway, at about 3:16 a.m. The vehicle, a green Honda CRV, then proceeded onto the Southern State traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes, where it was involved in a collision with Ford Econoline Van, east of Exit 27, police say.

No one was hurt in the crash, but Boursiquot, the driver of the Honda, was arrested and is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Riggio, the driver of the Ford, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of cocaine and opiate pills, police say. He is charged with DWI, fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations.
