Remembering The 9/11 Victims From Seaford And Wantagh

A dozen men, including seven first responders, died in the terrorist attacks from the south shore communities 20 years ago.

WANTAGH and SEAFORD, NY — In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, Patch remembers the victims from Wantagh and Seaford. There were initially 281 Nassau County residents who died on 9/11, but that number was increased to 344 based on the length of time in their hometowns.
