Seaford Memorial Day Parade To Include Marchers, Boy Scouts

SEAFORD, NY — The Seaford American Legion is leading the community's Memorial Day Parade on May 30.

The parade kicks off behind Seaford Cinema at 10 a.m. Marchers will start assembling at 9:30 a.m.

Marchers will head north on Washington Avenue to the Four Chaplains Monument in front of Seaford Middle School.

A memorial service will follow.

Boy Scouts will join the Seaford Wellness Council in paying tribute to World War I veterans, according to the Seaford Chamber of Commerce.

It is scheduled for the World War I Memorial located at the Seaford Long Island Rail Road behind the gazebo.
