SEAFORD, NY — One person's Take 5 ticket purchased in Seaford is a top-prize winner.

The ticket, worth $18,495, was sold at AAA Seaford Gas at 570 Hicksville Road.

It's for the Take 5 Nov. 15 evening drawing.

Players who have midday and evening draws on the same ticket should check their numbers to determine if they have the winning numbers.

Those numbers are 3, 5, 13, 22 and 27.

The winner has until one year from the drawing date to claim the prize.
