The local eatery, which has a jukebox, was described by its owners as being the only vegan and vegetarian fast establishment on Long Island.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to midnight from Monday to Wednesday and until 3 a.m. Thursday through Sunday. The LeakyLifeboat Bar, owned and operated by LIVE, offers the restaurant's appetizer menu until 3 a.m. Deliveries are also available.

The new Seaford restaurant's drew positive response from many customers who walked through the doors for the first time on Friday.

"The food is delicious," said 20-year old Wantagh resident Alyssa Trivigno. I'm not even vegetarian and I couldn't tell it was fake chicken. Absolutely phenomenal."

Although LIVE formally opened it's doors to the public this past Friday, the grand opening celebration will take place this Friday.
