WANTAGH, NY — The following is a crime roundup for the Wantagh-Seaford area provided by Nassau County police. The preliminary information details crimes reported from Sept. 26 to Oct. 3.
Petit Larceny

Sept. 29 — Andre Thomas, 23, of St. Albans, and Natalia Galvan, 21, of Wantagh, were arrested around 6:30 p.m. after police said they shoplifted at a Walmart store on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow.
Sept. 24 — (Redacted) was arrested around 1:41 p.m. after police said she shoplifted at a Kohl's store on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa.

Sept. 26 — Lucio Morales, 39, of Hempstead, was arrested around 7:50 a.m. after police said he took tools from someone's property on Hicksville Road in Seaford.
Criminal Mischief To Auto
Oct. 1 — A victim told police an unknown man damaged his vehicle after an altercation around 3:30 p.m. near Sunrise Highway and Seamans Neck Road.
DWI
Sept. 28 — Richard Owens Jr., 29, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested around 2:50 a.m. after police said he was driving while intoxicated near Oakland Avenue and Sunrise Highway in Wantagh.
Sept. 28 — Coleen McDermott, 26, of Massapequa, was arrested around 11:50 p.m. after police said she was driving while intoxicated near Sunrise Highway and Seaford Avenue.
