Wantagh Recognizes its 22 AP Scholars
Students performed exceptionally well on difficult Advance Placement tests.

The College Board has recognized 22 Wantagh High School students as Advanced Placement Scholars for exceptional achievement on the May 2016 national exams.
Eighteen students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by receiving a 3 or higher on three or more exams, and include: John Bush, Abigail Cullen, Victoria Frusci, Emily Fuchs, Kevin Ganzekaufer, Elizabeth Goldrick, Rebecca Goldrick, Daniel Hirsch, Joshua Magnes, Adam Markowski, James Moran, Paul Roemer, Robert Seaman, Alyssa Sommer, Benjamin Steinberg, Caroline Sullivan, Christina Weir and Gregory Westhoff.
Grace Sullivan received the AP Scholar with Honor Award by earning an average grade of 3.25 on all AP exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of those exams.

Katherine Goldrick, Thomas Sullivan and Christopher Wetzel qualified for the AP Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and grades of 4 or higher on five or more of these exams.
