Wantagh School District Reorganizes For 2018-19 Year

The district also recognized its baseball champions for their third consecutive title.

From Wantagh School District: The Wantagh Board of Education reorganized and prepared for the 2018-2019 school year during its July 3 meeting.

Anthony Greco was sworn in for an additional three years on the board by district clerk Elaine McGuigan, followed by the nomination and election of trustees Peter Mountanos as president and Greco as vice president.

During the annual meeting, the baseball team and coaches Mike Ninivaggi and Keith Sachs were honored for securing a third consecutive Long Island Championship title.
