Wantagh-Seaford girls lead the way for a successful FLG Lacrosse summer season!

Wantagh-Seaford talent raises FLG Lacrosse teams to the next level!

Another great summer season has come to a close for FLG Lacrosse!

The youngest team in FLG Lacrosse history made its this summer lead by Juliana Cerasi and Riley Forthover! The girls were relentless on the field and continued to get better everyday!

Emma Guinan, Keira Guinan, Dylan Lee, Grace McCaffrey and Brooke Reiser had pivotal roles in their 2023 team's success this summer! The girls were all over the field holding down the defensive end and finding the back of the net all season. We can't wait to watch these girls grow on and off the field!

Gabriella Paccione, Lauren McCaffrey, Emily McCaffrey and Olivia Tice were lock down defenders for the 2020 team this summer. The girls played tough through the heat each and every weekend and continued to play with heart and determination throughout the summer. On the other end of the field, Jaclyn McAndrew and Madison Boyle scored some huge goals for the team and were crucial in transition!

Mia Connolly was a large part of the offensive unit on the 2019 (516) team as she was consistent with the ball and used her great field vision to assist her teammates. Marisa Misuraca used her skills on the draw, 50/50 balls, transition and defense to gain crucial possessions for her team. Angela Labenberg held down the low post of the backer zone for the defense while Emily Lampasone caused major chaos for the opposing attack playing the all important backer! These girls have continued to grow through the year and we look forward to whats to come from them!

Congrats to all of the girls on another great season of FLG Lacrosse!

FLG Teams

FLG Lacrosse tryouts are designed to select the best talent. The drills used in the tryouts are from the FLG Lacrosse Curriculum and are intended to test the player’s ability to make decisions in different aspects of the game. Our highly knowledgable evaluators and coaches assist in the selection process. Tryouts for our the 2016/17 FLG Select Teams will be during August of 2016.
