Wantagh Students Heading to London
The research science students won an international contest, and will be attending debates in England this summer.

Wantagh High School science research students Jaclyn Corbin and Olivia Zukowski were named finalists in the Trust for Sustainable Living’s International Schools Essay Contest and will attend the debates being held in London this summer.
Michael Errico, Ben Schablin, Eric Sedig and Kyleigh Watson received honorable mention designations.
The Trust for Sustainable Living invites students annually to explore practical pathways for climate action. This year, the competition drew 1,229 entries with 803 students from around the world being named finalists.

During the debates this summer, the finalist essays will be considered for additional top prizes and they will be presented to United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
