Weekend Pick: Model Train Show
Held in Bethpage, the event will benefit the Games for the Physically Challenged.

Model-train lovers, take note. Trainville Hobby Depot and Nassau County will host the fifth annual model train show on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bethpage Senior Community Center in Bethpage.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Nassau County Empire State Games for the Physically Challenged.
Residents are invited to help support these young athletes, while enjoying exhibitors and train clubs including Trainville Hobby Depot, Long Island HOTtrack, Long Island Traction O Gauge Trolleys, TMB Model Railroad Club, MTA LIRR Police and more.

The model train show includes an information table for future model train and hobby events.
Admission to the show is a suggested donation of $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children ages 4-11. Additional donations accepted.
